If a detached structure is any part of the scope, the project is treated as detached. Detached volume bands are counted on Ecosystem-originated detached projects contracted in the trailing twelve months. All commercial terms are set in the Master GC membership agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with this page.
Part 1

Monthly territory rate

$499, $549 or $599, set by territory tier. It holds your territory whether or not a project lands that month.

Part 2A

Detached build fee

A set fee per detached build, $4,950 to $6,950 by tier, stepping down at 6+ and 11+ builds a year.

Part 2B

Conversion build fee

3% of the signed contract, $2,000 minimum and $4,500 maximum. Basement, attached or in-law, existing garage, above-garage, attic. The cap keeps a conversion cheaper than a new detached build, always.
