Backyard Legacies is an educational game from The ADU Exchange LLC. Its properties, municipal rules, costs, financing assumptions, contractor proposals, schedules, rents, returns and project outcomes are simulations unless a screen expressly identifies a verified real-world source and verification date.

Game results are not zoning approval, a feasibility determination, architectural or engineering advice, construction advice, legal or tax advice, lending approval, investment advice, or a property valuation. Real projects require current local rules, site-specific due diligence and appropriately qualified professionals. The ADU Exchange educates, informs and aligns; it does not build, permit or construct ADUs. The sitewide Terms of Service apply to this game.
