SMS/Text Messaging Policy - The ADU Exchange LLC

This SMS/Text Messaging Policy (“Policy”) explains how The ADU Exchange LLC communicates with customers via text message and the terms under which users consent to receive messages. By opting into SMS/text messaging from The ADU Exchange LLC, you agree to the terms below.

1. CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES

By providing your phone number and checking any box labeled “I agree to receive SMS,” “I consent to text messages,” or similar, you give express written consent for The ADU Exchange LLC to send:

ADU feasibility updates
Scheduling reminders
Blueprint marketplace notifications
Project or service-related updates
Promotional messages (only if separately opted in)
Support or billing communications

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on the services you request. Typical messaging includes:

Feasibility report reminders: 1–5 messages per report
Project updates: as needed
Trade Partner or Blueprint alerts: optional
Promotions (if opted in): up to 4 per month

You will never receive promotional messages unless you explicitly opt in.

3. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any carrier fees incurred by receiving text messages.

4. OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time.

To stop receiving messages: Reply STOP
To restart messages after opting out: Reply START
For help or support: Reply HELP

Opting out does not affect other communication channels such as email.

7. CARRIER LIABILITY

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Provide accurate and updated contact information
Not use SMS communications for unlawful or abusive purposes
Notify us if your phone number changes

The ADU Exchange LLC is not responsible for messages sent to outdated or incorrect numbers provided by you.

9. PROGRAM TERMINATION
