1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information in three categories:

D. Agent Intelligence Suite Accounts & Subscriptions

If you create an account for the Agent Intelligence Suite (our subscription toolset for licensed real estate professionals at aduagentsuite.theaduexchange.com), we collect and store your email address, a cryptographically hashed version of your password (we cannot see the password itself), and your subscription plan and status. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; your card details are collected by and stored with Stripe under Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy, and The ADU Exchange does not receive or store your full card number. We receive from Stripe your subscription status (for example trialing, active, past due, or canceled), plan, and customer and subscription identifiers, which we use to operate your access, your free trial, renewals, and cancellation. Working records you create inside the tools (saved properties, CRM entries, analyses) are stored in your browser on your device unless a feature expressly states otherwise.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information for:

• Feasibility Reports & Property Analysis: Completing Tier 1-3 reports, zoning analysis, and delivering files.
• Customer Service: Sending updates, appointment confirmations, and support.
• SMS & Email Communication: Sending feasibility updates, educational content, and promotional offers (if opted in).
• Business Operations: Improving website performance, internal training, fraud prevention, and marketplace management.
• Marketing & Advertising: Retargeting ads, lookalike audience creation (hashed data), and analytics.

We never sell your personal information.

3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may share information with:

• Service Providers: For payment processing, email/SMS delivery, hosting, analytics, and CRM.
• Blueprint Marketplace Sellers: When you purchase a plan, relevant info is shared for delivery.
• Trade Connect Partners: If you choose to connect with a contractor.
• Biss ADU Solutions Inc.: If you request a build consultation (Referral Program).
• Legal Requirements: To comply with law, protect rights, or enforce terms.

4. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

We use industry-standard security practices including Encrypted connections (HTTPS), Secure servers/firewalls, and Access controls. Payment processing is secured via Stripe/PayPal. No method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

6. COOKIES & TRACKING

Our websites and the Agent Intelligence Suite use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how pages and tools are used (for example, page views, button clicks, and feature usage). 7. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING POLICY

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS related to reports, updates, and marketing (if selected). Message/data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
