Yes. Every tier — Standard ($499), Plus ($549), Premium ($599) — is month-to-month. If you cancel, your exclusive regional territory becomes available for another GC to claim. Your tier is determined by the market value of your territory, but if you wish to discuss tier adjustments or multi-territory packages, contact your account manager.
Valid GC license in the state(s) of your territory, appropriate general liability and workers' comp coverage, and demonstrated ADU construction experience or comparable residential build history. Every application is reviewed. This is a selective program designed for contractors who deliver quality work under their own license.
Yes. Each territory you want to lock requires its own monthly subscription at the tier rate of that territory. Two adjacent Standard regions would be $499 + $499 = $998/mo total, for example. Volume discounts and multi-territory packages are available for GCs locking 5+ regions — contact us during onboarding to discuss enterprise terms.
