Statewide Duplex By-Right Left Unfinished at the Session Deadline
The Senate passed duplexes by right on all residential lots inside its economic development bill. It was still in conference when formal sessions closed, and stays eligible for a fall session.
Rhode Island Permits Jump 61%, but Certificates of Occupancy Lag
